Polycarboxylic acid water reducer is a new developed generation of high performance water reducer, which belongs to high performance water reducer of carboxylic acid graft copolymer.This product has the characteristics of low production energy consumption, no formaldehyde,no production waste and so on. All the indicators of the product can meet the technical standards and specifications of high performance polycarboxylate water reducer such as GB8076-2008, JG/T223-2007 and TB3275-2011, and have good adaptability with most cement. This product has been widely used in the key projects such as highway,railway,bridge,port,commercial concrete mixing station,water conservancy and hydropower projects,etc.
This product also has good adaptability to cement, such as water reduction rate of more than 40%, strong liquidity retention ability and so on（high water reduction, high slump retention ability, low alkali content for the product, and it having high strength gained rate).Adding into concrete can obviously improve the workability of concrete and make fresh concrete have excellent liquidity and slump retention performance.

Application & usage
The original solution of polycarboxylic acid water reducer can be combined into admixtures with various properties,which can be widely used in the key projects such as highway, railway, bridge, concrete mixing station, water conservancy and hydropower,etc, as ready-mixed concrete, self-compacting concrete, pumping concrete, mass condensate, high mobility concrete, high durability concrete,etc.
1. Dosage: According to the type of cement, the temperature of the water, the water ratio to cement ratio, the injection part and the spraying process, the quality requirements, etc., the recommended dosage is 1.5-3%.
2. This product is non-toxic and non-corrosive, but it is forbidden to eat. If it is inadvertent,such as in the eyes or in the mouth,please rinse it with water immediately;
3. When it is used in combination with other admixtures, the compatibility test should be carried out;
4. This series of products should be stored in plastic or stainless steel containers sealed at room temperature for a shelf life of 12 months. Do not mix with other admixtures, rain, and any impurities. If the storage is overdue, the professional engineer can continue to use it after passing the concrete trial test.
